Vacation Rental Description

Find your 'Peace of Mind' in Seagrove Beach, Florida. Peace of Mind 
is a perfect name for this 6 bedroom home. It is brand new and will be 
completed in June 2007 for July and beyond rentals. It has beautiful 
views of the Emerald Coast and you are only 25 steps to the sand for 
your beach access (no steps 'down' to the sand on this part of the 
beach). 

You will relax with the great gulf views from the spacious decks and 
have fun in not only the pool- but the jazucci as well. You are a 
short bike ride from the famous town of Seaside and Rosemary Beach, 
all on dedicated bike paths. This beach house is located in Seagrove 
Beach, and is within 350' of Deer Lake State Park. This park offers 
pristine Florida as it was thousands of years ago. It offers hiking 
and biking trails, but no facilities-so it is never crowded. 

The home is located on a dead end street with a lot of privacy and 
little traffic unlike the traffic found on 30A. This is great for 
those of you with small children!

& walk in closet. French door leading to 3rd floor balcony
*1 bunk room w/ private bath including 2 sinks.  2 twin beds & 2 
full beds can accommodate 6 children.
2nd floor-
*Main living room w/ gas fireplace- double French doors leading to 
balcony
*Dining room w/ 9 foot table (seating for 12) as well as bar area w/ 
seating for 5
*Kitchen- 2 separate sinks, 1 dishwasher, 2 ovens, 1 full size 
fridge, 1 beverage fridge, 2 microwaves, 1 electric cooktop with 5 
eyes, full size ice maker
*Laundry room w/ full size washer & dryer
*1/2 bath close to kitchen
*1 “mini” master bedroom (king bed) w/ private bath including 2 
sinks 
& walk in closet. French door leading to 2rd floor balcony
1st floor-
*playroom w/ couch, hdtv & dvd, table, mini kitchenette 
(microwave, full size fridge, separate ice maker)
*bedroom w/ king bed and bunk bed (2 twin mattresses)

Summer- late (8/16-9/5)............$700-day....$4,500 per week
Fall (9/6-11/8).........$550-day....$3,500 per week
Winter (Nov 11, 2008-Feb 27, 2009)-....$400-day...$2,500 per week
Spring 2009 (3/1-3/14 & 4/19-5/23).....$550-day....$3,500 per week
Spring break (3/15-4/18)............$6,000 per week

11% Flordia sales tax applied
$295 cleaning fee

50% due with in 2 weeks of booking property
balance due 30 days prior to arrival

check in at 4pm- check out at 10am (flexible-based on other guests 
arrivals & departures)

$275 per week or $50 per day to heat pool (optional of course)

$150 pet fee- dogs allowed under 25lbs
