parquet floors and comfortable seating for six. The eat in kitchen
has custom tile floors, refrigerator/freezer, stove, diswasher,
toaster and microwave. The full bath has a tub/shower. Beautiful
front deck. The spacious lower level has a double sleeper sofa, TV
with DVD and VHS player, walk-out to side yard and laundry room with
a washer and dryer. The cottage sleeps up to six people.

Amenities include: barbecue grill, outdoor dining furniture, linens,
towels, pots, pans, plates, utensils, coffee maker, microwave,
stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, clothes washer, clothes dryer,
local activity guide, cable TV, VHS tapes and DVDs, stereo/CD
player, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and alarm clocks.

Local activities include swimming, fishing, boating, golf, hiking,
skiing, snowboarding, sightseeing (fall foliage), cycling, tennis,
antiquing, wine tours and more. The cottage is two blocks from
Pawling Lake (a private lake for association members only), two
miles from an easy access to the famous and historic Appalachian
Trail (great hiking), one mile from Dykeman's Farm (the best sweet
corn and tomatoes in the state), four miles from the quaint village
of Pawling (shops, restaurants, taverns etc.) five miles from the
Dutcher Golf Course (the oldest public course in the United
States), six miles from Thunder Ridge (skiing and snowboarding), and
ten miles from Whaley Lake (the largest and ONLY motor boat/jet-ski
lake in Dutchess County). This house is not wheelchair accessible or
baby proofed. Well behaved dogs are welcomed.
