Vacation Rental Description

  This unit is a brand new 1200 Sq. Ft. large open floor plan. Fully  
furnished, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 complete baths.  The master  
bedroom is carpet with a king size bed and in suite a bath  
containing shower with glass doors, double bowl sinks, and large  
walk-in closet.  The second bedroom is carpet with a full size bed.   
All linens are provided.  The main bath is tub/shower combination  
and we provide the towels.  This ultra modern kitchen is fully  
equipped with everything you will need including a dishwasher.   
Entertain guests in the spacious living area.

Vacation Rental Rates

  Out of season Rates for 5/1/07 to 12/31/07 are $1,800.00 per month 
In season Rates for 1/1/08 to  4/30/08 are $2,400.00 per month 
Seasonal rates for 3 or more months during January thru April are  
$2,000.00 per month.  
  Out of season weekly rates are $700.00 per month. 
  In season weekly rates are $900.00 per month. 
  Annual rates are $1,200.00 per month. 
All rates for (6) six months or less are subject to 10.5%  
sales/resort tax.
