Kitchen includes all appliances and is fully equipped with everything you will need. The open floor plan gives you a living room, dining room. Step down to a large glassed lanai area. An enjoyable added addition is the covered parking area and storage for chairs, bikes etc. Cable and Wi-Fi included.
