Mammoth Village, this house is centrally located for all popular
Mammoth Mountain activities and destinations.


Preston House II is perfect for those looking for nice amenities in
a private home setting with a cozy cabin feel and close proximity to
the mountain lifts. With four bedrooms and beds for 14, fully
equiped kitchen and appliances, flat screen HDTV, WiFi broadband connection, private hot tub spa, garage, and private driveway parking.

We had a wonderful time in this nice house for 3 days. The house is equipped with whatever you usually need and it was very nice and clean. It is designed to accommodate large groups. There are many fine details in its design that makes it suitable for large groups. For example a big living room with enough couches close to a big table, and this table is close to the deck. You will soon realize that there is no traffic at all when you are serving dinner. We were a big group (30 people) and had 3 houses but for breakfasts all 30 people were gathering in this house. I was amazed of how suitable this house is for large groups.

The owner is very very nice. When we were there he just came by the house and asked me if we need anything and fixed small things right the way. Me and our group are traveling a lot and I have rented many vacation rentals for our big group but this time was our best experience ever. If you are a big group and you are looking for a nice and comfortable house don't surf the web anymore. Here it is.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car

We visit Mammoth regularly and Preston House 2 was by far the nicest and most comfortable accomodations we have ever had. It's a great house with a cozy cabin feel, close to all Mammoth activities, and with four bedrooms was perfect for our large family. The renting proceedure was easy and smooth. Thanks again, we'll be back next year for sure!

Wow, what a great mountain getaway is Preston House 2. The house is awesome, a cozy cabin feel with very nice furnishings and ammenities. Quite close to the lifts too for walking to the slopes or a quick drop off by car. The owner, Bob, was also great and the house was clean and ready with fresh linens on the bed, towels in the bathrooms, just as advertised. Thanks Bob for being such a great host!
