Island Charm in St Augustine Beach

This beautiful private home is just one very short block from the
beach, and what a beach it is. St Augustine Beach has miles of
white, soft sand.
You will relax as soon as you pull into your driveway. There is a
hugh Live Oak Tree out front, and there are always flowers in the
front yard. Behind the red front door, the inside is painted soft
tropical colors, so you feel like you have arrived at you own
Island resort.

"Island Charm" has 2 bedrooms, each with a great mattress.( one king
bed and one queen bed), as well as a sofa bed in the living room.
There are 2 full baths, a roomy beautifully furnished
living room, a dining room and a full kitchen with dishwasher,
microwave, toaster and lots of dishes, glassware, pots, and anything
else you might need. There is Cable TV in each bedroom and also in
the livingroom, as well as a house phone and High Speed Internet
The A/C works great and there are also ceiling fans
throughout. Of course, there is a washer & dryer for clothes.

The Publix Supermarket is a few blocks away, and
resturants and cafes are all over the Island.

The activites are almost to numerous to mention.
St Augustine, the oldest city in the US, founded 1565, is a 10
minute drive. The original stone fort, The Castillo de San Marco, is
not to be missed, and don't forget Fort Matanzas(my favorite). Take
a horse and carriage ride through the cobblestone streets, and see
the Historic homes. Visit the Alligator Farm, Ripley's Belive It or
Not Museum, and to swim with the Dolphins at Marineland,(make a reservation
at "Marineland"at least 2 weeks before arrival.) Golf, Golf and more Golf, is everywhere, and the
Golf World of Fame is 30 minutes away. Fishing, boating, waterskiing and jet skis, as well as
kayacking and canoeing are available. And let's not forget the 2 hugh Outlet Malls for
shopping.

Rental Rates
$600.00 wk / $2000.00 month September 25th - November 13th
$775.00 wk / $2400.00 month December 1st - April 30th
$900.00 wk / &2800.00 month May 1st - September 14th

Deposits
A security deposit of $200.00 per week,
or $400.00 per month is payable in check or money order.
