on the third floor of the recently completed Peace Harbor  
Condominiums located directly on the Peace River. This gorgeous  
development stands alone on a peninsula bordered on three sides by  
the waters of the Peace River in the protected harbor. The unit has  
two assigned covered parking spaces within this gated and secure  
compound and is located within close proximity to elevator access.  
 
This large unit is professionally decorated with all new furnishings  
purchased in spring of 2007. There are TVs in the living area and  
the master. The gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and new  
appliances makes cooking a pleasure! Sunset views from the screened  
lanai are truly breath taking. Patio furniture to relax and enjoy  
the view will further enhance your Florida vacation experience. 
 
A private fishing pier is located on the premises connected to the
