Large adjustable and massaging twin and sitting area   Cable TV in  
each room. DVD player in Livingroom and Mstr. Bdrm.  Full kitchen  
with all implements for dining-in.  All linens and towels. Washer  
and dryer in Laundry room.  Patio with table and chairs and electric  
BBQ, looks out on park w/lots of trees and covered BBQ areas w/

$1000.00/ week, $2500.00/month. January-May  $180.00/ night  $1200.00/ week  $3000.00/ month   
$500.00 security deposit, minus  
$100.00 cleaning fee per visit.  50% deposit required at booking and  
balance due within 10 days of arrival.
