Dock your boat on the 20 Foot Floating Boat Slip. Unit has been 
recently updated with new carpet and new paint. Unit is only six 
years old and is in great condition. Home also has vaulted ceilings 
as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Watch the sunrise from 
your second floor balcony. Linens and cooking utensils provided. 

Activities and Attractions

Navigate the San Sebastian River into the Atlantic from your dock 
located directly behind the unit! Located only one mile from 
historic downtown St. Augustine. Shopping is right across the street 
and is very convenient to restaurants, historical sights, and local 
entertainment. 

Vacation Rental Rates

3 Night Minimum Stay - $425.00
One week, Saturday to Saturday Rental - $825.00
Unit will NOT be available to rent until November, 2007.
$250.00 refundable security deposit needed to reserve unit.
Full payment needed at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Rates do not include 9% sales tax or cleaning fee of $85.00.
