Vacation Rental Description

Stunning 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo is on the second floor in Skyline 
Villas in the Catalina Foothills!!  Condo has a view of the city 
from the balcony and a view of the mountains from the entry way. 
Condo features a 37 inch flat screen tv in living area with DVD 
player. TV in master bedroom.  All the furniture and housewares were 
purchased brand new in August of 2007. Everything is in new 
condition.

Queen bed in master and Two Twins in second bedroom.  Twins can be 
convereted to a King bed. All beds are good quality pillow top 
mattreses. Ktichen has stainless steele appliances and granite 
counter tops. 

Rates include all utilities,  expanded cable,  local phone service, 
highspeed internet connection. Condo is completely furnished with 
housewares such as pots and pans, dishes untencils and linens. 

Condo has a full size washer and dryer . 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Condo is located in the very prestigious Skyline Villas community in 
the Catalina Foothills!  Assigned covered parking, community pool, 
spa and fitness center on site. 

Activities and Attractions

Condo is next door to the prestigious La Encantada Mall.  You can 
walk to dining such as North, Bluepoint, Rocky Mountain Grill, Tacos 
and Tequila, Ra Sushi and Anthony's in the Foothills.  AJ's grocery 
store is next door at La Encantada Mall.

Vacation Rental Rates

May, June, July $2000/month
August , Septemeber, October, November, and December $2300/month
Jan. Feb. March $$2940 per month or $98 per day
April 2008 $2700 per month 

$150 non refundable cleaning fee

$900 per week plus 12.05% tax Novemebr through April
$600 per week plus 12.05% tax May through October

Housekeeping available for an additional $85 per visit
