A 6 burner commercial Garland stove makes cooking for a large group a
joy. The large dining room table inside can comfortably seat 12 and if
you cozy up, 17. Outside there is seating for 18 on the brick patio.
Beautiful lake views from the living room. Den can serve as an extra
bedroom with a sofa and two twin futons. MBR has a queen and twin,
bedroom 2 has two twins, bedroom 3 has one queen, bedroom 4 has one
twin, bunk room has one bunk bed, basement studio apartment has a
queen. There are also two large sofas in
the living room that have provided additional sleeping space when
there is over-flow.
The gaming room has a ping-pong table.
Sit on the deck, relax and
enjoy the beautiful lake.

charcoal grills, deck and patio. Linens and towels provided.

Golf: Westport has a beautiful 18-hole championship golf course
Boating: Westport Marina is a full service marina. Power boat or sail
boat can be moored in front of house. Kayak and canoe available for
your use. Westport public boat launch has been recently rebuilt.
Theater: The Depot Theater in Westport is a summer equity theater.
Hiking: Trail heads to the Adirondack high peaks are 30-45 minute
drives. Close by, Coon Mt and the Split Rock preserve offer beautiful
walks.
Montreal, Lake Placid, Plattsburgh and Burlington all offer a myriad
of shopping and dining opportunities.

1500-long weekends (not offered in July and August)
10% security deposit to be returned within 30 days of end of lease.
50% deposit to reserve lease period. Balance due 3 months prior to
start of lease.
No cleaning fee provided house is left in same condition as found.
