The Alecassandra Vacation Villas is a small 6 Villa resort that is
family owned by Nick and Vicki Zec. Our villas are named after our
children Alec & Cassandra and we are very family friendly. Even
though we are family friendly, our villas are still appropriate
for an anniversary celebration or a retired couple looking to get
away from the snow and cold for a few months.
Our villas are reasonably priced, considered one of the best values
on the island and we are just across the street from the Gulf Of
Mexico Beaches.
We have a swimming pool available for our guests that has a 6' privacy
fence around it. There is also a casual recreation room that has a
card playing table and ping pong table for your children to
use.
Weekly, Weekend, Monthly and Seasonal stays available, all subject
to availability.
The Alecassandra is a great vacation spot for Family Reunions,
Family Vacations, Anniversary Celebrations, Wedding Parties and
Summer Fun and Multiple Families Traveling Together.
Our villas will accommodate up to 32 guests for a group traveling
together.
Again, our three tier rate structure makes our rates very
affordable.

Alecassandra Vacation Villas are an ideal choice for family
reunions, or families traveling together. Our resort sleeps a total
of 32 guests.
All 6 villas are fully furnished with all the amenities of home.
Villas #1-5 have a private undercover garage and there is a coin
operated laundry facilties on site. We have a private fenced
swimming pool exclusively for the guests of the Alecassandra
Vacation Villas.
The beach is a short walk (approximately 300 feet) across Gulf
Drive. Villas 4 and 5 have a Jacuzzi tub uniquely placed in the
corner of the master bedroom/bath. Villas 1, 2 & 3 have a "peek a
boo" view the gulf of Mexico from the bedroom windows, and all have
a spacious outdoor patio where you can relax and enjoy your morning
coffee or evening happy hour.
Both villas 4 and 5 have balconies that look over the swimming pool
with "across the street" gulf views from the patio, living area and the
master bedroom.
Villa 5 is the only villa that has 10' ceilings and access to a small 4th
story sunset balcony where you will undoubtedly see lovely evening
sunsets. This is a nice place to spend your honeymoon, your
anniversary or your family vacation!

We have a Recreation Room on site with ping pong and card table
available. Adult Bicycles are available for guest use. We are a
short 300 foot walk across the street to the beautiful beaches of
the Gulf of Mexico.
The island is full of wonderful things to do,including water ski,
jet ski, deep sea diving, offshore deep sea fishing, dinner cruise,
sunset cruise, shelling, & skim boarding.
There also are many area golf courses for guests to enjoy.
Casual and Fine Dining are abundant. Anna Maria Island has wonderful
shopping and you can also shop on exclusive St Armands Circle which
is just 10 miles south on Gulf of Mexico Drive.
The free Anna Maria Island trolley will transport you up and down
the island from early morning until late evening.

* Cancellation within 60 Days of your reservation. If you must cancel your reservation within the
60 days prior to your arrival, we have the right to keep the entire rental payment. Should we
rebook your villa at the same rate, we will consider a refund to you.
