room has a large sofa that can be used for additional sleeping.

with a very nice community pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts,
ball fields, large children’s playground, and fitness center. There
are many parks, loads of golf, and beaches within a 20
mile radius. There are also many shopping and dining options very
close to the home. The house is located off State Road 54,
approximately 5 minutes from the Suncoast Parkway, and approximately
10 minutes from highway 75. St. Petersburg is approximately 30
minutes south on the Suncoast parkway, and Tarpon Springs is
approximately 25 minutes west on SR 54. The house is fully equipped
and can sleep 8 comfortably. Cable and wireless internet are
included in the rental fee. Free phone with unlimited local and
long distance calls within the US, Canada, and US Virgin Islands is
included in the rental fee.
