specially designed family suite upstairs. This is in addition to 2
master bdrms.
3280 sqf, 2-car-oversized garage, plus 8 more cars can be parked on
WIDE, OPEN, FLAT driveway. NO hussle of parking in street and getting
tickets for it. No narrow steep driveway to fear on snow or in dark.
Screen room with gas BBQ grill and dining set. Back and side of the
house is greenbelt.

spices, EVOO, every possible kitchen gadgets. Basic cooking

Total parking capacity- 10 cars. No parking allowed in street.
Paypal accepted. This house is intended for family vacation, not for
wild, loud parties. Violation will result with immediate eviction,
loss of entire rent and deposit. You have to be at least 25 years
old to rent this house.

Off Peak Season-$400 a night, plus security deposit $500
June 25-Sept 5th, weekly rental prefered for $2,400. Or $450/night, Plus deposit.
No smoking, no pets, no outdoor shoes.
Check in 3pm, Check out 11am. Late check out available.
You need to be at least 25 years old to rent this house
but don't have to be a great skier or golfer!
