Vacation Rental Description

The Grand Bellagio on Tampa Bay is a Mediterranean-style, gated  
residential enclave of luxury townhomes and condos. It's location 20  
minutes from either Tampa airport or Clearwater Beach is ideal for  
vacationers who want to combine a beach experience with the  
opportunities available in a metropolitan area like Tampa or St.  
Petersburg. Because this 2100 sq ft property is an end/corner unit,  
located 30 feet from the waters of Tampa Bay, you have a feeling of  
total seclusion and an unobstructed water view from every room. The  
water view above was taken from just a step outside the screened  
porch. Tampa Bay is an aquarium of game fish. Flyfish the flats for  
redfish, snook, or sea trout in your waders, from one of the  
complimentary kayaks, or from the sea wall outside your back door.  
Bring your boat! Our slip is also available. Spend the day at the  
beach basking in the sun and warmed by the Florida breezes, but  
escape to a quiet enclave away from the crowds at night. Watch the  
dolphins from your veranda, not a crowded cruise boat. Walk the  
docks and listen for the manatees. Bellagio is the perfect place to  
hang your hat.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The clubhouse has a heated swimming pool with fountain and is 
surrounded by private cabanas equipped with refrigerator/TV/pool  
floats, tanning salon (fee), co-ed redwood saunas, hot tub. The  
elegant clubhouse has a 24-hour fitness/work out center and a 24- 
hour business center with computers with high-speed internet access.  
You may schedule a massage spa treatment(fee). Also available:  
lighted tennis courts, volleyball court, barbeque grills, picnic  
areas and gazebos, car care center, and children's playground.  
Complimentary bicycles and kayaks may be reserved.  Docks for yachts  
and boats are a few steps away. A boat slip with lift is available  
for your use (extra, please inquire).   
 
Downstairs: a living room, dining room, family room, kitchen with  
table (seats 6), laundry, half-bath, and 2-car garage; upstairs: 3  
bedrooms (king/queen/twin beds), master suite includes a fireplace,  
veranda overlooking the bay, and spacious full bath with spa tub,  
shower, double vanities, and double walk-in closet, separate guest  
bath, and a loft area with desk. Cental air conditioning and ceiling  
fans. Flooring: tile and carpet.  
 
Communications: Bring your laptop! High speed cable internet access  
available (please inquire); Vonage phone service: no charge for long  
distance.  
 
All normal kitchen appliances and utensils, everything needed for  
daily cooking or a small dinner party. All linens for bed, bath,  
kitchen. TV's in family room and master bedroom. DVD player. Tennis  
raquets. Beach umbrella, towels, cooler. For your safety and  
convenience, we provide a map marking the closest grocery, pharmacy  
and emergency care, as well as movie theaters, DVD rentals. 
 
Security: Bellagio has a 24-hour attended Guard Pavilion. The  
property itself has an alarm system.

Activities and Attractions

At home: Literally 10 steps from your door, fish for snook, redfish,  
or speckled sea trout. Tampa Bay is world reknown for the abundance  
and variety of its game fish. Swim in the heated pool, play tennis,  
volleyball, reserve a complimentary kayak or bicycle, workout in the  
fitness center, walk or run along the 1 1/4 mile long lighted  
waterside promenade. 
 
Cove Cay Country Club golf course is nearly next door. Many other  
public courses are nearby. Miniature golf is 5 minutes away.  
 
Ranked the #1 beach on the Gulf of Mexico, the soft white sands of  
Clearwater Beach offer more than just swimming and snoozing on the  
beach: boat rental, numerous restaurants, covered outdoor children's  
playground, sunsets at Pier 60, dolphin and pirate cruises,  
parasailing, festivals, concerts, fresh seafood, and Clearwater  
Marine Aquarium. You are minutes from world-class deep-sea fishing,  
scuba diving, snorkeling, and parasailing, Honeymoon Island,  
Caledisi State Park, Pinellas hiking trail, St. Petersburg Pier.  
Phillies and Blue Jays spring training park is 10 minutes away.

Ruth Eckerd Hall, take a tour at the Salvador Dali museum, the

Payment Policies: 50% deposit.  Full payment due upon arrival with  
cash, cashier's check, or money order.  Payment by personal check  
must be received two (2) weeks prior to occupancy.  The Security  
deposit will be returned within 15 days of departure.  Liability for  
damages is not limited to the amount of the deposit.   
 
CANCELLATION: No cancellations accepted within 60 days of arrival  
date. No refunds.  
 
Absolutely No Pets!  
 
Absolutely No Smoking (or forfeit of security deposit).  Smoking is  
only permitted outside on screened porch or veranda.  
 
This property is in a quiet residential neighborhood.  Respect and  
consideration are a must.  Maximum Occupancy 10 persons, including  
infants and children, in or on this property at any time. 
 
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
