is just 20 minutes from LAX, 60 minutes to Disneyland and Knotts
Berry Farm. It is 30 minutes to Universal Studios, Beverly Hills and
Hollywood. The world-famous Santa Monica Pier is but a 10 minute
walk.The unit has a Queen size bed, HD 32 " Flat Screen TV. A HD DVD
player. A H/P Printer. And a French door overlooking the patio and
garden.

This unit has Wireless DSL Internet access. 1 32" Flat Screen HDTV,
HD DVD player. A Queen Size Antique Brass Bed. A pull out sofa Bed.
Fully furnished kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator and microwave.
All Towels and Linens included.This unit has New Hardwood floors.
The Sautillo Tile Patio has a Teak Table and 4 chairs with a Propane
Mushroom Heater for those chilly Beach Nights.Permit Parking on the
street for 1 car.
House cleaning every 2 weeks ($60) and landscaping done every week.
