This comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is in Sea Woods, a quiet and
naturally landscaped community with over 50 wooded acres of rolling
dunes and hummocks across the street from the ocean. A short paved
path and boardwalk lead to the white, sandy Atlantic Ocean beach.

We are located across from the car-free zone of the beach in an area of low-rise two-story buildings.

Enjoy three pools (one heated seasonally), lighted tennis courts, fitness center and walking
trails.

Our second-floor condo is a spacious (1,350 square feet), quiet end unit featuring tile flooring throughout, comfortable furnishings, free WiFi Internet access, three TVs and a DVD for a carefree and enjoyable vacation. Towels and linens are supplied. Renovations in 2012 included new ceiling fans, painting throughout, tile floors replacing carpet in the bedrooms, new kitchen cabinets and countertops, and an updated guest bathroom.

The fully equipped, tiled kitchen with washer/dryer provides everything you need for creative seaside dining. The kitchen was renovated in 2012 with new cabinets and counters.
The dining table is expandable and includes seating for six.

The large, brightly furnished master bedroom with private bath has a 
king size bed, TV and sliding door opening to the peaceful
patio. The private master bathroom features a tiled shower and tub.

The cozy second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The
bright, cheery third bedroom features twin beds, TV and a large closet.
The second bathroom was renovated in 2012 with new tile floor and vanity.
It has a tub and shower and is accessible from the second and third bedrooms.

A shady, private patio overlooks the lush natural landscape.

Our condo is a one-minute walk from the clubhouse and main pool to
cool off and relax after a day at the beach.

Four lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and miles of bike and
walking trails provide peaceful opportunities to exercise and relax.

A large clean fitness center with sauna is available.

A $500 deposit is required that secures your reservation and is
applied towards the rent.
