This comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is in Sea Woods, a quiet and
naturally landscaped community with over 50 wooded acres of rolling
dunes and hummocks across the street from the ocean. A short paved
path leads to the white, sandy Atlantic Ocean beach (car-free zone).
Enjoy three pools, lighted tennis courts, fitness center and walking
trails.
Our second-floor condo is a spacious, quiet end unit featuring tile
flooring, carpeted bedrooms, comfortable furnishings, two TVs and
VCR/DVD for a carefree and enjoyable vacation. Towels and linens are
supplied.
The fully equipped, tiled kitchen with washer/dryer provides
everything you need for creative seaside dining.
The large, brightly furnished master bedroom with private bath has a
brand new king size bed, TV and sliding door opening to the peaceful
patio. The private master bathroom features a tiled shower and tub.
The cozy second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The
bright, cheery third bedroom features twin beds and a large closet.
The second bathroom with tub and shower is accessible from the
second and third bedrooms.
A shady, private patio overlooks the lush natural landscape.
Our condo is around the corner from the clubhouse and main pool to
cool off and relax after a day at the beach.
Four lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and miles of bike and
walking trails provide peaceful opportunities to exercise and relax.
A large clean, fitness center with sauna is available.

Feb 1st - April 30th: $2200 monthly/$750 weekly
May 1st - May 20th: $1550 monthly/$650 weekly
May 21st - Sept 9th: $2200 monthly/$750 weekly
Sept 10th - Dec 31st: $1550 monthly/$650 weekly
NOTE: Feb, March, July, Holiday & Special Event Weeks: $1050 weekly
Additional Charges: $80 Departure/Cleaning Fee (One-time fee).
Rental rates and cleaning fee subject to 12.5% state and county
resort tax. Administrative fee of $35. Damage Waiver of $35.
A $500 deposit is required that secures your reservation and is
applied towards the rent.
