Vacation Rental Description

The Dorset Hill Cottage is located on a quiet, scenic country road, 
minutes from Manchester Center and Dorset.  It has one bedroom with 
queen size bed, and a sofa in the living room that converts into a 
double bed. It includes a fully stocked kitchen (stove, 
refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster); bath with shower; 
living room/dining area; deck with outdoor furniture and grill.  All 
linens are provided (sheets, blankets, towels, etc,); 
dishes/kitchenware provided for cooking and dining.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Dorset Hill Cottage, at 1400' elevation, has an unobstructed 
easterly view of the Vermont National Forest and Bromley Mt.   
Amenities include: Vermont Casting woodstove with glass front; 
satellite TV with HBO; VCR; phone; small library with books and 
board games.

Activities and Attractions

The setting and location of the Dorset Hill Cottage provide many 
activities: walking and hiking on-site; outlet shopping in 
Manchester Center; dining in Manchester Center and Dorset, both just 
5 minutes away.  Summer months offer swimming at nearby Emerald Lake 
and the Dorset quarry; outdoor activities at the Bromley Fun Park; 
as well as all sports activities at Hunter Park (tennis, running 
track, skateboard park, pool, etc.)  Winter months offer cross-
country skiing on-site; downhill skiing at Bromley Mt. (15 minutes 
drive) and Stratton Mt. (25 minutes drive); and year-round indoor 
ice skating at Riley Rink.

Vacation Rental Rates

The rates are:  $125 per night off-season; $150 per night peak season
(foliage; Martin Luther King Jr. weekend; Presidents weekend).
Weekly rates are: $700 per week off-season; $850 per week peak 
season.
