Circa 1864 historic 2 story house located in the center of the
historic district. This single family home was completely restored
by owner/local artist in 2004 and converted into two spacious single
famly condos. This house is just steps away from Forsyth park where
you can pick up one of the guided trolley tours. It is conventient
to historic sites such as the Mercer Williams house, fine art
galleries, boutiques and restaurants.
The home features soaring ceilings, heart pine floors, FP, TV/DVD
player, stereo and assorted Savannah books, movies and music. It is
decorated with antiques and artwork by local artists. The living
room makes you feel at home with comfortable furniture, windows that
let sun stream through and a dining area to enjoy your meals.
The Kitchen is cheerfully decorated and is fully furnished for all
your cooking needs. There is gourmet coffee, teas and biscotti to enjoy
your morning.
There are two bedrooms; the master BR has a beautiful queen size
brass bed, antique dresser, desk, small TV, clock and ceiling fan,
the 2nd BR features a full size antique walnut bed, armoire,
clock. All bed linens (100% cotton) are provided with extra blanket/pillows.
There is a sleeper sofa in the LR.
There is a large bath with shower/tub. It comes with bath towels,
hair blower, and complimentary bath spa products.
You can enjoy a private landscaped double courtyard for your morning
coffee or evening cocktails. There is a grill for cooking after a
long day sight seeing. A picnic basket, small cooler
and beach bag are ready to take advantage of the park or Tybee
Island beach. Four bikes can be found in the courtyard to cruise the city.
A complimentary bottle of wine and fresh flowers welcome you to a
Savannah vacation.
There is also a beach bag, towels, chairs, cooler and bocce balls for the beach as well as picnic
basket for a walk to Forsyth park.
Off street parking is provided at the house.
For larger parties, a 2BR/1bath condo is available on the first
floor.
