Peak 2013 April 13 - September 14  $1300 per week plus 13% tax and $120 cleaning. Only weekly rentals during June and July. Stay shorter than 7 days may be available at $200-210 per night. Total is $1589. Your $300 refundable deposit holds your reservation. Total is due 30 days prior to check-in.

Fall 2013 Sept 15 - Nov 17  $900 per week, $165 for w/e nights and $150 for week nights. 3 night minimum. 2 nights may be available for $200. Add tax and cleaning

Winter November 23 - February 28  $860 per week, $150 for w/e nights, $135 for week nights. 3 night minimum. Add tax and cleaning.

Long Term Winter Nov. - Feb. $1750 monthly - includes 13% tax and 120 cleaning.

Spring 2014 March 1 - April 12  $900 per week, $165 for w/e nights, $150 for week nights, 4 night minimum. 2 nights may be available for $ 200 per night. Add tax and cleaning.
