This condo has a side view of the ocean from the balcony and includes:
Master Suite with King Bed, TV, VCR, 2 closets for hanging clothes,
large Master Bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, His and Hers
sinks, and a large closet with shelves for storage.
Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed and large closet.
Second Guest Bedroom with Two Twin Beds, TV, VCR, and large closet.
Guest Bathroom has tub/shower combination and large closet with
shelves for storage.
A fully furnished kitchen with beautiful Corian countertops is
perfect for "cooking in." There are lots of cabinets, a wine rack, and
large pantry. There is seating for 4 at the table and 2 at the
counter.
Living Room has a comfortable sofa, loveseat, and TV. Sliding
glass door from the living room opens to the deck which has seating
for 4 and a side view of the ocean. A perfect place to relax with a
cool drink!

September 15 through March 31: $860 per week or $135 per night with
2 night minimum. Rates may vary on holidays.
April 1 through September 15: $1160 per week (except holidays). Five
night minimum stay at $165 for weeknights (Mon-Thurs) and $175 per
night for weekend nights (Fri-Sun). A four night stay is available
at $200 per night.
13% Tax
Cleaning fee $90.
$100 key & gate opener deposit, fully refundable
