Vacation Rental Description

    "The Sandpiper" Condos are located on the ocean at Tybee Island's
South Beach near the pier, pavilion, shopping, and restaurants.
    An elevator (or stairs) will take you up to the second floor for your
beautiful, private, spacious, 1400 square feet of vacation pleasure. 
        
    Master Suite has King Bed, TV, VCR, 2 closets for hanging clothes,
large Master Bath with Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, His and Hers
sinks, and a large closet with shelves for storage.
    Guest Bedroom has Queen Bed and large closet.
    Second Guest Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds, TV, VCR, and large closet.
    Guest Bathroom has tub/shower combination and large closet with
shelves for storage. 
    Fully furnished kitchen with beautiful Corian countertops is
perfect for "cooking in." There are lots of cabinets, a wine rack, and
large pantry. There is seating for 4 at the table and 2 at the counter.
    Living Room has a comfortable sofa, loveseat, and TV. Sliding
glass door from the living room opens to the deck which has seating
for 4 and a side view of the ocean. A perfect place to relax with a
cool drink!

End of summer special: July 27- August 2 (7 nights) $900 


April 1 through September 15: $1160 per week. Five night minimum stay at $165 for weeknights (Mon-
Thurs) and $175 per night for weekend nights (Fri - Sun). A four night stay is available at $200 per 
night.

September 16 through February 27: $860 per week or $135 per night with 2 night minimum.

Call for monthly rates for October through February.

13% Tax
Cleaning fee $90.
Security deposit required for long term rentals.

We accept personal checks and Paypal payments.

Non-smoking.
Over 21 only.
No pets allowed.
