Vacation Rental Rates

$2150 per week. Week of the 4th of July is $2650.  
 
What Are Your Policies Regarding Payment? 
 
We require half payment due at reservation & the remainder due one month before arrival. Payments are  
not refundable. 
 
What Is Your Check-In Time? 
Check In Time Is Saturday at 4pm. Check Out Time is the following Saturday at 10am. 
 
Do You Require A Security Deposit? 
 
A security deposit of $250 is due at time of reservation. If the cottage was left in the condition it  
was before your visit, the deposit will be completely refunded. However, if there has been damage to  
the cottage or property, or an excessive amount of cleaning is necessary to prepare it for the next  
renters, the damage will be assessed and the remainder of your security deposit will be refunded  
within 45 days. 
 
Cleaning Fee: $100.00

Captain Nemo's cottage comfortably accommodates 8 guests.
