Lake Geneva Spacious Lakefront Home in Lake Geneva

Our waterfront home is located on the north shore of lovely Lake Geneva. You enter the property from prestigious Snake Road and drive through deep woods until you reach our front door. You have arrived.
Over 100 feet of frontage. Private pier offers two slips. You may have use of one open slip. Home is large (over 5000 sq ft) offering 5 bedrooms with lake
views and 4 full baths (one with Jacuzzi tub). Sleeps 10 and every room has a
lake view. Main floor has a large kitchen with breakfast table and chairs, living room, dining room (seats 10) and three of the bedrooms. The decorating is light,airy, spacious and classy. Huge all-glass sunroom and wrap around deck offer breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and surrounding nature from the tree line of giant maples, hickories and oaks. Two Weber grills (one gas, one charcoal) reside on a separate large deck which offers additional seating. Two large 51 inch Panasonic Elite HDTVs, DirecTV, pool table, and new Dell PC with broadband Internet/Wi-Fi are included.

The entire home is air conditioned/heated, has a fireplace and a portable fire pit. It is non-smoking but guests can smoke on either of the large decks.

Enjoy a long and wide private pier with use of one boat slip and a dinghy dock.  Front lawn offers a level 100+ feet of lake frontage. Lake Geneva is spring-fed so it is crystal clear and delivers terrific fishing. Home has a new GE washer and new GE dryer, dish washer, new microwave, fully equipped kitchen with new large Whirlpool refrigerator, multiple DVD/CD/VCR units and stereos. Fresh towels/linens are supplied each week. Maid service can be arranged.

Swimming, boating (trailers are not permitted on the property but a storage facility will store your trailer for $25 per week), rafting, sailing, fishing, hiking, jogging, golfing, biking, shopping, sightseeing , bowling, miniature golf, and antiquing are at your finger tips. Great restaurants are close by (Foley's famous hamburgers are within 5 min) and simply walking among the Lake’s largest and most famous mansions is relaxing.

Public beach, boat rentals and ramps are located within 1.5 miles in downtown Lake Geneva or in Williams Bay. You can view fireworks from our pier.

Rates range from $3900 - $6500 per week.
Weekend rentals available Sept 16- March 30.
Check in is 4 PM and check out is 10 AM.
