Vacation Rental Description

Our waterfront home is located on the north shore of lovely Lake Geneva. You enter the property from 
prestigious Snake Road and drive through deep woods until you reach the circular driveway with the 
huge tree in the center. You have arrived.
Level 101 feet of frontage is spacious enough to hold a 200 person tent event. Private pier offers 
two slips (one covered with a canopy). Home is large (over 5000 sq ft) offering 5 bedrooms with lake 
views and 4 full baths (one with Jacuzzi tub). Sleeps 12 (including the futon) and every room has a 
lake view. Main floor has a large kitchen with breakfast table and chairs, living room, dining 
room and three of the bedrooms. The decorating is light,airy, spacious and classy. Huge all-glass 
sunroom and wrap around deck offer breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and surrounding nature 
from the tree line of giant maples, hickories and oaks. Two Weber grills (one gas, one charcoal) 
reside on a separate large deck which offers additional seating. Two large 51 inch Panasonic Elite 
HDTVs, DirecTV, pool table, and new Dell PC with broadband Internet/Wi-Fi are included. The entire 
home is air conditioned, has a fireplace and a portable fire pit. It is non-smoking but guests can 
smoke on either of the large decks.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Enjoy a long and wide private pier with two boat slips and a dinghy dock plus a Hobie Wave 
sailboat.  One slip offers a canopy, is very long and comes with a shore station. The second slip 
has a shore station. A can is available for a large sailboat. Front lawn offers a level 101 feet of 
lake frontage. Lake Geneva is spring-fed so it is crystal clear and delivers terrific fishing. A one 
person Hobie kayak is available. Home has a washer, dryer, dish washer, microwave, fully equipped 
kitchen, multiple DVD/CD/VCR units and stereos. Fresh towels/linens are supplied each week. Maid 
service can be arranged.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, boating, rafting, sailing, fishing, hiking, jogging, golfing, biking, shopping, 
sightseeing , bowling, miniature golf, and antiquing are at your finger tips. Great restaurants are 
close and simply walking among the Lake’s largest and most famous mansions is relaxing. Public 
beach, boat rentals and ramps are located within 2 miles in downtown Lake Geneva or 3 miles in 
Williams Bay. You can view fireworks from our pier when weddings occur at the Lake Geneva Country 
Club.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental is available from May 15th – June 14th. Rates range from $5000 - $7000 per week with a 
minimum two week stay.  

Check in is 3 PM and check out is 10 AM.
