This delightful cottage is located on the Arnold Palmer Lake Cliff
Golf Course on Lake Travis in Spicewood, Texas. This is first class
all the way! Built in 2003, it is 1808 square feet and is fully
equipped. Satellite TIVO TV, Surround Sound DVD/ Stereo, big screen
TV, plasma tv in master and another in guest room. TV outside on
patio too. A top of the line barbeque grill on the beautiful slate
patio, with a beautiful view of the golf course right on the 1st
Fairway. These are Deluxe Accommodations with Two bedrooms, Two
bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi Tub). King Size bed in 1st bedroom and
Queen Size bed in 2nd bedroom, comfortable queen size pull ot sofa
bed and a seperate single Roll away bed, makes for comfortable
sleeping for up to 7 persons. Wireless high speed internet included.
Fireplace in living room for those romantic evenings.

Lake Cliff is located in the Hill Country, just West of Austin, on
the shores of beautiful Lake Travis. Briarcliff Marina is close by
with boat and sea doo rentals, restauraunt and Fun! Lot's of great
restauraunts all around.
With-in walking distance from the cottage is the Pro Shop Cafe which
serves a terrific breakfast and lunch.

Lake Cliff on Lake Travis is a private exclusive, gated facility.
Arnold Palmer refers to this course as his Star of Texas. The Bent
Grass greens are widely recognized as the finest in the state and
region. Incredible practice facilities. Challenging, yet fair. Wait
until you see these Greens! The community is designed to never
experience high traffic on the golf course. The Racquet Club
features eight championship tennis courts, comprised of two clay
courts, one grass court, and five hard courts. The two-story tennis-
pro shop, designed by renowned architect Dick Clark, offers members
a place to meet and socialize, while enjoying the action on the
courts, the Arnold Palmer Championship golf course and the dramatic
views of the Texas hill country. Golf and Tennis are available for
an additional charge with the cottage rental.

Private Guided Fishing Trips on Lake Travis also available. Massage
Therapy services available--the massage therapist will come directly
to the cottage!!

Year Round Rates are $300.00 Per Night and Weekly Rates (7 Nights)
are $1,850.00.

6% State Room Tax and a $50.00 Damage Insurance Fee & $25.00
Reservation Fee will be added to nightly rates.

Rates Include cleaning fee and linens, towels, toliet paper, paper
towels, dish detergent and trash bags are provided.

We accept checks, money orders, visa and mastercard.

Call for longer term leases.

The golf course is almost never crowded and approximate
cost per round is $75 - $90 w/ cart. Full use of Practice range &
balls included.
