Vacation Rental Description

Lake Travis Paradise is a private waterfront house located in 
Spicewood, Texas (35 miles Northwest of Austin) where the Colorado & 
Pedernales Rivers Merge--near mile marker 36 on Lake Travis. The 
house has just been totally remodeled inside and outside and has all 
new furniture, beds, linens, & towels and sits in a quiet area on 1 
acre of beautiful land with a gentle walk down to the water and the 
Covered Boat/Swimming/Fishing dock. The main house has 3 BR and 2 
full BA and there is a separate guest house that has the 4th bedroom 
and a full bathroom. Will sleep up to 12 comfortably. There are 
outstanding lake views from the living room, kitchen, dining room, 
and 2 of the bedrooms. We provide all Linens, Towels, Paper 
Products, Dish Detergent, and Trash Bags. Come spend a unforgettable 
vacation at Lake Travis Paradise.  
King in Master Bedroom--Queen in 2nd Bedroom-- 2 sets of bunks (full 
on bottom--single on top) in 3rd Bedroom-- Bunk Bed & Full Size Bed 
in 4th Bedroom (4th bedroom/3rd bathroom in separate guest house.) 
Kitchen with all needed cooking & eating utensils 
Full sized refrigerator/freezer

$50.00 Damage Deposit Insurance Fee & $25.00 Reservation Fee is 
charged with each reservation 
(this is a FEE for the insurance and is NON-REFUNDABLE) 

2 Night Minimum (3 Nights on Holiday Weekends) 

6% State Room Tax will be added to below rates.

Rates Include Cleaning Fee and Linens, Towels, Paper Products, Dish 
Detergent, & Trash Bags are Provided.

1/2 the total amount of the reservation is due when reservation is 
made.  Final 1/2 is due 14 days prior to arrival date.


High Season (March 1st till September 30th)

$450.00 Per Night on Weekdays (Sunday thru Thursday)

$500.00 Per Night on Weekends (Friday/Saturday/Holidays)

$3,000.00 Per Week ( 7 Nights)


Low Season (October 1st thru February 28th)
