Vacation Rental Description

Sometimes it is nice to find a quiet little cottage to relax in at the beach. Hamilton Cottage is a  
three bedroom, two full bath cottage located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach  
approximately 1 block off the ocean on Perrin Drive. This quaint little beach cottage has a fully  
equipped kitchen, central heating and air, washer/dryer, an outside shower, sundeck from one of the  
upstairs bedrooms, and color cable TV. There are 2 TV's, 2 VCR's, and 2 DVD players for your  
convenience.  
 
The master bedroom has a king bed and it is located downstairs. The other two bedrooms are located  
upstairs and they have full size bed in one bedroom, and two twin beds in the other bedroom. The sofa  
in the living room also converts to a queen sleeper. There is no telephone in this home.  
 
Linens (bed sheets and bath towels) are not included. No pets. It is a short walk to the beach and  
there are plenty of public access points.

Vacation Rental Amenities

McLean Park is just a short drive around the corner. They have a playground for childern, w great  
walking area for the health conscious, a great place for grilling and picnicking with the family,  
tennis courts, and ball fields. This park is open to the public and they usually have various types  
of entertainment there during the summer months.

Activities and Attractions

Hamilton Cottage is conveniently located to all the golfing, shopping, dining, live theatre and other  
amusements on the Grand Strand. You can navigate your way to just about anything you want to see and  
do on the beach in 20 minutes or less. Be sure to check out the Hard Rock Theme Park opening in  
Spring of 2008.
