Waterfront House on Lake Travis w/ Boat Dock - Sleeps Eight in Lake Travis

Lake Travis Getaway is a private waterfront house with a boat dock
located in Spicewood, Texas (35 miles Northwest of Austin). The
house sits in a quiet area on over an acre of beautiful land with a
gentle slope down to the water and the brand new private boat dock
that was installed in late 2007. It sits on a peninsula formed by
the
meetings of Lake Travis, Pedernales River, and Colorado River and is
one of the best areas on Lake Travis for water skiing and water
sports. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps 8
adults comfortably. The master bedroom has a King size bed with
private bathroom, 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin size beds, 3rd bedroom has
a Bunk Bed and a Trundle bed (makes 2 Twins) and the 2nd bathroom is
in the hallway off of the living room. There is a kitchen that is
fully equipped with all needed kitchen utensils, full sized
refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. For our
guests enjoyment there are 2 TV’s with satellite cable, a VCR and
DVD player, Stereo/CD player with indoor and outdoor speakers, and a
selection of books, games, magazines, cd’s, and movies. There is
also a washer/dryer for guests use. There is a private
boat/swimming/fishing dock just steps away from the house and there
are public boat launches nearby. Under the house is wonderful
covered “entertainment” area overlooking the water with outdoor bar
with refrigerator/freezer, propane gas grill, hammock, chairs,
dartboard, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. We provide all Linens,
Towels, Paper Products, Dish Detergent, and Trash Bags. Come spend a
relaxing vacation at Lake Travis Getaway…

Weekly Rates: March 01-Sep 30 .. $2,000/week (7 Nights).
Oct 01-Feb 28 .. $1,100/week (7 Nights).

2 Night Minimum Stay Required/3 Night Minimum on Holidays.

$50.00 Damage Deposit Insurance Fee & $25.00 Reservation Fee is
Charged on all Reservations.

6% State Room Tax added to above nightly rates.

Half the amount of the reservation for deposit-Final Half 14 days
prior to arrival

Cleaning Fee Included with rates. Linens, Towels, Toliet Paper,
Paper Towels, Dish Detergent, & Trash Bags are provided.

We accept checks, money orders, visa & mastercard.

Cancellation Policy
A $50.00 Cancellation Fee is charged if you cancel once a
reservation has been made. If less than 14 days notice of
cancellation is given then the Full amount of reservation will be
charged. If you leave early or are a “no-show”, you will be charged
for the Full amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be made
by phone (person to person). No voice mails or e-mails will be
accepted for cancellations.
