Vacation Rental Description

This 2007 Gardenia designer home is waiting for you.  This beautiful
1,929 square foot home features rear privacy and has two bedrooms with
king and queen beds, a den with a queen sized sleeper sofa, and two
full bathrooms--one with a roman shower.  This vacation retreat is
located in the Village of Largo within The Villages and is just a
short distance south of Lake Sumter Landing Town Square and a few
blocks from the Bacall Recreation Center.  The Bacall and Bogart
Executive golf courses are just around the corner too.  It is a short
golf cart ride to the Havana, Mallory Hills or Cane Gardens
Championship courses.

Lake Sumpter Landing has restaurants and shopping as well as
entertainment and dancing on the square every night.  The Bacall
Recreation Center features a heated pool, tennis courts, pool tables
and meeting rooms.  Other activities include such things as Boccie
ball, Pickle ball and shuffle board.

This professionally decorated and fully furnished vacation home has an
open design with vaulted ceilings, rear privacy and is one of the few
homes in The Villages with a gas fireplace for ambiance and to help
remove winter's evening chill.  Ceiling fans are strategically placed
throughout the house to keep the air moving in the rare times when the
weather is not quite perfect.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed, chest, dresser, cable
TV, two walk-in closets and a chair.  The master bathroom has his and
her sinks, separate stool area and a walk-in (roman) shower with
seating area.

The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser and double sized closet.

In the den, there is a desk with computer and high speed Internet with
free golf reservation access.  There is also a queen-sized sofa bed
and cable TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped and seating choices include a separate
breakfast nook, breakfast bar or the formal dining room table (which
easily seats six).

The house features rear privacy with a south-facing screened lanai
that is strategically positioned to let the sun maximize the light,
open feel of the house.  The lanai furniture includes a wrought iron
table, four chairs and chaise lounge.

The electric golf cart is "road and night ready" to take you anywhere
in The Villages.  The tires are "golf course ready" too and the cart
has weather protection sides.

Electric golf cart, his and her bicycles with helmets, gas fireplace,
computer with DSL high speed internet, free local telephone calls,
multiple TV's with cable, stereo, DVD/VCR player, BBQ grill, coffee
maker, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, gas stove, washer & dryer,
iron & board, gas fireplace, ceiling fans and central air
conditioning.  Towels and linens are also provided.

Activities and Attractions

While The Villages is famous for its 22 executive and nine
championship golf courses, there are also numerous social clubs and
almost limitless indoor and outdoor activities such as: softball, polo, 
Boccie Ball, Pickle ball, swimming, exercising, walking, poker,
bridge, dancing and free live entertainment every evening on the two
town squares.

The Villages is located one hour northwest of Orlando and is
convenient to Disney World, Kennedy Space Center and other central
Florida attractions.
