Spring Break Week - (March 15 - April 18) Daily $200, Weekly 1395

Summer - (May 26 - Aug 28) Daily $250, Weekly $1700

Fall - (Aug 28 - Nov 27) Daily $150, Weekly $950

Winter - (Nov 28 - March 1) Daily $100, Weekly $700 Monthly $1400

$65.00 cleaning fee additional

$300 refundable deposit holds the unit until full payment within 14 
days of arrival and will act as a damage deposit.  If full payment 
is not received the deposit will be forfeited.
