condo (even from the laundry room!). Fourth-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit is on the northwest
corner of the building with unobstructed views up and down the beach.
Walk the beach, sunbathe, or relax in the private heated pool and Jacuzzi. Enjoy views of the
dolphins and gorgeous sunsets from the expansive screened patio. This condo is less than a mile
from the restaurants, shops, and water activities of Johns Pass Village and Marina.
The condo is furnished with everything you’ll need to enjoy your getaway. Both bedrooms have large
walk-in closets, cable TV and DVD player. Master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a large
bathroom with separate shower and tub, and screened patio facing the Gulf. Second bedroom has two
full beds (extra-long), a small terrace facing the inter-coastal, and a full-size, comfortable
bathroom with shower.
The living room has a large sectional sofa (with a queen size pull-out bed), huge windows along two
walls for views of the Gulf, an entertainment center with TV and DVD player, as well as a separate
stereo/CD player.
The kitchen is open to the dining/living room area; kitchen window offers views of the beach and the
sunsets. It is fully stocked for all your cooking and baking needs including cookware, utensils,
dishes and all appliances. The washer and dryer are in a separate utility room (also with a
view). Linens are provided.
The condo offers elevator access to your unit, designated covered parking, and additional guest
parking. Outside the back door is a wide, sandy white beach. Just outside the front door is the
Sun Trolley stop, which you can ride down to John’s Pass, into St. Petersburg, or up the coast to
Clearwater. Also DIRECTLY across the street is a new seafood restaurant called Dockside Dave's.

$300 Reservation Deposit per week; Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. The reservation
deposit is refundable less $100 fee for any cancellation received at least 60 days before arrival.
There is no refund given if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, unless the unit can be re-
rented. No refunds will be given for cancellation or interruption due to inclement weather.
Please add $110 cleaning fee, 12% Florida Tax and $250 Refundable Security Deposit to Rates. The
deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. It is fully refundable
within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in outdoor trash cans, and soiled dishes
are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
c. All keys are mailed back to the owner (envelope provided) and unit is left locked.
d. Parking passes are left inside the unit upon departure.
