Vacation Rental Description

Gorgeous lake views, heated pool, newer home built in 2002 with  
designer furnishings.  Awesome master suite with french doors to the  
pool, tray ceilings, 2 walk in closets, huge master bath with  
columns  
and large oval tub plus separate large walk in shower.   
You'll feel like royalty in this house.  It has a separate family  
room off of the kitchen.  The family room has beautiful lake views  
and opens both to the backyard and the pool.  4 nicely decorated  
bedrooms with 3 full baths - great for couples or families. 
House is fully equipped with a gas BBQ, good quality kitchen cooking  
utensils, pots, pans, silverware, blender, toaster, microwave, etc.  
AND 3 Kayaks!  Dad says this is the best part!  Mangrove preserve is  
one block away. 
 
Also 4 Bikes! 
  
House includes 3 kayaks with paddles and vests!!!  There is a  
fantastic kayak paddling route through the mangroves that begins  
just one block from the house!  It leads all the way to the Ding  
Darling refuge and Matlacha pass! 
 
This house is located near the prestigious Cape Harbour Marina and  
award winning Rumrunners restaurant.  House is located near the  
corner of Sands & Eldorado Blvd in the best area of SW Cape Coral.

Shorter stays at slightly higher rate.  
 
Summer $95/NIGHT  June July August September 5 night min stay.  Shorter stays ok at slightly higher  
rate. 
 
 
Credit Cards OK but add an additional 4% to all fees. 
 
Feb/Mar/April 2009 are now booked. JAN 09 AVAILABLE!!! 
 
No cleaning fees for montly rentals.  $99 cleaning fee for weekly  
rntals.  $300 refundable security deposit required on all rentals. 
 
Shorter stays typically booked at $125/nt + $125 cleaning + $300  
refundable security deposit.
