Vacation Rental Description

The Sycamores Estate in Montecito is a private oasis in a lovely tree
shaded area on Sheffield Drive. Tucked away amidst the Sycamore trees,
this unique home is a beautiful retreat. With soaring ceilings and an
open kitchen and living room area, this home is the perfect space for
friends and extended families.

Our gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with a Viking range, a sub-zero
refrigerator, temperature-controlled wine storage, and a walk-in
pantry. The living room offers a flat screen plasma television and DVD
player, discreetly tucked into the wall with a surround sound stereo
system by a large wood burning fireplace. Glass doors lead out to the
wraparound porch and grassy backyard that provides a perfect space for
outdoor entertaining, with multiple seating areas, a fire pit and an
outdoor gas grill.

A circular staircase leads up to the master bedroom, with a king sized
bed, a private porch and a large walk-in closet. The master bath has
both a dual-headed shower and a clawfoot tub. A second bedroom
upstairs has a queen sized bed, a desk, a large walk in closet and a
private bathroom. With windows looking down into the backyard there is
plenty of light as well as privacy. A family room downstairs has a
daybed for extra guests and a loft with a double bed that is the
perfect room for children. There are several types of games and a
piano, offering many ways to enjoy the day indoors. A basketball hoop
in the entrance and a croquet set in the backyard provides hours of
outdoor entertainment as well.

Several yards from the house is a one bedroom guest cottage, with
parking space for two cars, in addition to the 2 car garage by the
main house. This cottage is a self-contained unit, with a king sized
bed in the bedroom, a day bed in the living room, a small kitchen and
a private porch with a seating area.
