Direct open water estate property with a charming 4 bedroom main house and a separate one bedroom cottage just steps away! The buildings are Keys style and beautifully restored and maintained. The main house flows from the family style kitchen to the dining area to a game room that offers ping pong table and then opens to the living area overlooking the pool and water. 2 bedrooms and a hall bath are also on that level with an additional powder room off the living room and convenient to the pool. Upstairs you will find a master suite with the master bedroom and bath as well as a separate sitting room or 4th. bedroom which opens off the master ( a great place for kids to be nearby but to have their own space).
The separate cottage, recently remodeled, is just steps away and is a full one bedroom, one bath accomodation with a living and dining area and full kitchen. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a queen pull out couch. The cottage is not rented separately but can be added to the main house for larger groups at an additional cost during the winter season.
Sleeping in the main house is a king in the master, 2 twins and P/O in the Master sitting room (4th. Bedroom), a Queen in one downstaris bedroom and 2 Queens in the second downstairs bedroom. Screen porch off the living area opening to the pool deck, gas grill, washer/dryer, microwave oven, D/W, TV's in the living room, one downstair bedroom, and the upstairs sitting room. DVD, VHS, Stereo with C/D player, Comcast WIFI in the main house. This is designated a non smoking home, no pets allowed.

Marathon and the Middle Keys offers shops and services including two grocery stores, Publix and Winn Dixie, 2 drug stores, CVS and Walgreen’s, a KMART and many other shops, bait and tackle stores, gifts shops and a wide selection of restaurants all within a few miles drive.
Like beaches? Sombrero Beach is located at Mile Marker 51 only a few miles drive from anywhere in the Middle Keys as is Coco Plum Beach. Bahia Honda State Park is about a 20 minute drive south.

Other attractions: The Dolphin Research Center is located on Grassy Key and is always a fun spot to stop in for their tours or schedule a swim with the dolphin. The Natural History Museum at Crane Point provides a look at Keys history, sea life, touch tanks for kids and nature walks through the Hammock (also a great gift store).
Key West is a great day trip and about 1.25 hours south.

Boat rental companies are available in the Middle Keys and most of them will let you keep the boat at your dock for the week (some will even deliver and pick up the boat!).

Summer: $4,000.00 per week
Holidays and Lobster Weeks: $4,200.00
Fall Discount: $3500.00 or just the Main House for $3000.00 (Fall Only)
Pool heat or chill cost $200.00 additional upon request.
All rental rates are plus a $25 booking fee, $175 cleaning fee, 12.5% sales tax and a refundable $1000 reservation/security deposit
