The split plan separates bedrooms by long hallway with fully
equipped Laundry RM.and 1/2 Bath, on into Queen BR, joined by Jack &
Jill Bathroom,to a Twin BR. This is the end Condo on upper level,
with parking at entrance with approx. 8 steps up into one of the
most beautiful, comfotable accomodations on Lake Chatuge.
NO SMOKLING IN CONDO OR ON DECKS!
Watch TV, sit on the decks, with absolutely nothing to block your
view, reading, or just enjoying the natural beauty of the waters of
Lake Chatuge surrounded by a landscape of beautiful mountains. You
can bring your boat, with a private slip provided on the dock, or
you can rent boats and/or jet skis locally and house them in your
assigned slip. Swimming is great either from the beach area or the
boat dock. The boat dock and walkways, are lighted at night, as
well as full lighting for the entire complex. Adjacent to this
Condo is a large pavillion with picnic tables and benches which can
be enjoyed with a rock Fireplace. For your convenience, there is a
grill on this site. If you prefer a game of tennis, there is a
lighted tenis court on the property for you!

Linens Provided. Washer & Dryer, fully equipped kitchen, sink
w/disposal, trash removal and mail delivery and pick-up service on premises. Plenty Parking
spaces at your door. Boat dock with assigned slip included, Pavillion for cook-outs or picnics,
charcoal grill, open fireplace with tables and seataing. Lighted Tennis Court
as previously described will allow for plenty recreation.

In addition to the activities previously described, you will find
plenty shopping in some of the most unique shops you can imagine.
You are about 2 miles from downtown Hiawassee where you find great
grocery stores and open-air produce markets, in season. If cooking
is not your thing, you can choose from an array of restaurants,
serving home-cooked meals or gourmet choices in upscale atmospheres,
decadant desserts and fabulous wine lists. There are many Winerys
nearby, John C. Campbell Folk School is a very interesting place to
visit and not too far away. More local activities can be found on
the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds website, such as Country Music with
local talent, as well as Nashville talent. The Fall Festival is a
big event bringing some great talent, as well as the Georgia
Mountain Fair. Be sure to check these out! Just across the road
from the Condo is a Movie Theatre with several choices daily, a Fun-
World Game Room and fast food for the kids. Mom, or whomever wants
ot be pampered, can enjoy a beautiful, friendly nail salon and spa
while the kids play nearby. Another swimming and picnic area can be
enjoyed at a beautiful NEW playground with public beach about a
miles from the Condo.

$1,200 $1500 per week - Sunday through Saturday - Monthly, or longer, rates available
$165 per night plus $65 cleaning fee - 3 Night Minumum
$185 per night plus $65 cleaning fee - 2 Nights(Fri & Sat. Nt. Rates)

1/2 Due to guarantee reservation, with balance due before or upon
arrival.
Pet deposit required.
