Vacation Rental Description

Wake up to the sound of birds chirping and the very bright morning 
exposure through the jalousie windows lighting up this lovely "Jack 
and Jill" Chalet style cottage. Relax with your morning cup of 
coffee and newspaper on your private patio in the tropical 
landscaped yard or breakfast in the large eat-in kitchen.

It is the perfect vacation getaway, with (2) bedrooms, and (2) 
baths, that sleeps 2-4 and even an attached garage for parking and 
to store your gear for any outdoor activities that you decide to 
plan during your stay.

The cottage is very clean and furnished with all household 
items, including linens. The large eat-in kitchen seats (4) 
comfortably. The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and the 2nd 
bedroom, that can also be used as an office, has a patio door to the 
yard with a folddown queen sized futon and a workstation. This 
bedroom also has direct access to the second bathroom for privacy. 
The cozy living room is a great way to end the day relaxing with a 
cool refreshing drink, listening to your favorite CD or watching TV. 

The location couldn't be better. It is only a short drive to 
everything but offers the quiet, peaceful time to unwind on your 
vacation. During the day enjoy all the outdoor activities, 
watersports and one of the most beautiful beaches that Florida has 
to offer and at night stroll downtown Atlantic Avenue; and enjoy the 
restaurants, shopping and nightlife of this great resort "Village by 
the Sea". There is also a Gold's Gym, a Dunkin Donuts, restaurants 
and shopping within short walking distance.

It is also convenient to all major area airports; Ft Lauderdale (30 
mi), West Palm Beach (17 mi), and Miami (55 mi).

Vacation Rental Rates

Off-season (May - October) $1800 per  month.
In -season (November - April) $2500 per month

Rates do not include 6% Florida Sales Tax, 5.5% Tourist Tax and 
Cleaning Fee. Security Deposit: $500/mo, refundable upon 
departure.

In order to book the cottage I ask for 50% total for deposit and the 
balance upon arrival.
