This lovely duplex is located in Rotonda, a deed restricted golf
course community. Located on a fresh water canal with a dock and a
island park next door just over the walk bridge. We are within
minutes to shopping and medical. The unit has two bedrooms and one
bath, Tile thru out.A large screened fully equipted lanai
overlooking the park.The fresh water canal can be used for boating
with a canoe or kayak or motor boat, it winds thru the rotonda canal
system for 26 miles.Fish from you own back and side yards.Englewood
is located within minutes to 9 beaches,parks and restaurants.

activities and attractions in Englewood Gulf Coast South
There are 5 local golf courses in rotunda, gulf fishing is only
minutes away or you can fish from our small dock. We are within a
short drive to venice and sarasota, and about 1 1/2 hr. from tampa.
Ft. Meyers is only about 45 min. south. There is plenty to do but
most folks just relax in our fantastic weather.
