Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful secluded Spanish style upscale home located 3 minutes from 
the local marina and 15 minutes to many golf courses and beaches.  
Just 5 minutes from downtown Bradenton.  

This is a wonderful vacation retreat.  This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 
home with an office, a great room with beam ceilings and a 
fireplace; french doors leading to the lanai where you can enjoy a 
serene lunch or dinner.  A jacuzzi greets you on the lanai, as 
well.  The great room has a 52" HD flat panel TV with surround sound.
The Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a large walk-in closet. 
The Master bath is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in 
rain shower.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central air conditioning and heat.  DirecTV, DVD player, washer and 
dryer, bicycles.

Activities and Attractions

White sandy beaches, beautiful clear blue water at Anna Maria Island 
within 15 minutes.  Numerous championship golf courses surround the 
area, nearby tennis, ex: Bollettierri Tennis Academy, fishing piers 
and boat ramp within 5 minutes; boat rentals available, fishing 
charters.  Downtown Bradenton festivals held along the river's edge 
at the Bradenton marina.  Shopping at St. Armand's Circle or the 
Ellenton Outlet Mall only 15 minutes away.  Visit Ringling Art 
Museum and Mansion, or the Van Wezel performing Arts Hall and enjoy 
a evening of fine dining in Sarasota only 20 minutes away.
Disney World is only 1 hour 45 minutes away; or Bush Gardens 1 hour 
away.
Tampa Airport is only 45 minutes or the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport 
is only 15 minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

November thru April  $2,250 monthly
May thru October  $1,800 monthly
Annual $1,450 monthly + utilities

*Note -- This property can be rented annually or exchanged for a house in North Carolina

An advance deposit of 25% is required on all reservations; balance 
is due is payable in full upon arrival.  A security/damage deposit 
of $400 is payable on arrival and will be returned within 15 days 
following departure less any extraordinary cleaning or damage 
charges.

Rental periods less than 6 months are subject to a Florida Sales Tax 
of 6.5% and a Manatee County Tourest Tax of 4%.  These taxes are in 
addition to the monthly rental amount.  A rental period longer than 
6 months is free of these taxes.
