The Hot Springs Cottages are TWO brand new mountain hideaways nestled
on a hillside along Maricopa Highway, but just 10 minutes from town. 
These cottages are surrounded by nature and overlooking Matilija Creek. 
There are plenty of areas to hike and explore and adventurers will
want to seek out the areas natural hot springs.  

Both cottages feature flat screen televisions, DVD players, and iPod
docks.

Hot Springs Creek Cottage is a two bedroom, two bath home.  It has a
wood burning stove and fully equipped gourmet kitchen.  It features a
private redwood hot tub.

Hot Springs Oak Cottage is a two bedroom, one bath home with a fully
equipped kitchen.

Vacation Rental Rates

Hot Springs Creek Cottage, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Sleeps 4-6
$495 per night (Sun-Thur)
$595 per night (Fri-Sat)
$475 per night (5 nights or longer)

Hot Springs Oak Cottage, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, Sleeps 4-6
$395 per night (Sun-Thur)
$495 per night (Fri-Sat)
$375 per night (5 nights or longer)

Check in is at 3 pm.

Check out is 11 am.

Deposits: All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Final Payment:  Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation & Refunds:  Written notification is required for
cancellation.  If written notification is received more than 30 days
prior to the arrival date, all payments received, minus a 10%
cancellation fee, will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 30
days of arrival, any refund is subject to the ability to re-rent the
property. If the property is not re-rented, no money will be refunded.
If the property is re-rented, all payments, minus a $150 cancellation
fee, will be refunded for the period of time the property is re-rented.  

No money is refunded in the event of an early departure.

No Shows will be charged the entire amount of their reservation.

We strictly enforce our cancellation policy and do not offer exceptions.

Damage and theft: All property will be assessed after each guest's
stay; any damage or theft will be immediately charged to the guest.
