House in the Hamlets--#18041 in Kissimmee

The Hamlets is a gated community off of Rt 192 in Kissimmee.
Our house is a Non-Smoking House. We have conservation land
behind it with a 6' white fence on the rt side with grass and trees
on the lt side for privacy when you swim or sit in the linai. It is
a 5 bedroom home with 2 master suites, 1 full bedroom and 2 twin
bedrooms. 1 Master bedroom is on the 1st floor with its own bathroom,
tv with dvd, closet and phone. The washer and dryer are outside of
this bathroom.
The second floor has another master suite with its own bathroom, tv,
walkin closet and phone. Also on this floor are l fullsize bedroom
and 2 twin bedrooms (tv is in one) with a full bathroom for these 3
bedrooms. It has a linen closet on this floor.
We have a pool heated by solar and if this is not warm enough,
we have a pool heater which can be turned on for an additional
charge.

All bathrooms come with hairdryers. The linen closet holds towels,
face cloths, hand towels and sheets.
Blankets are in the closets located in each room with extra pillows
and blankets in the master suite on the 2nd floor.
The kitchen comes with dishes, coffee maker, blender, dishes
(cups, glasses, plates),microwave, toaster, toaster oven, ref with
icemaker, electric stove, pots, pans, bowls and silverware.

We are 6 miles from Disney, Sea World is 15 minutes away and
Celebration is on 192 just up the street. Restaurants are in
abundance on 192 including Olive Garden, Marconi Grill, Golden Corral
(buffet all you can eat reasonable). Golf courses including minature.
Super target, Walmart, Kmart are only a few of the shops.
