your own private master bath Jacuzzi tub. Minutes from the famous
five star Montage Resort, The St.Regis and Ritz Carlton. Down the
street is a newly remolded park which is very convenient and
reliable. The park has swing sets, a tree house, a large grass area
for soccer or baseball games a sand box with slides, and bbq Pitts.
Only a couple of miles away from The Surf and Sands Hotel, Hotel
Laguna, and downtown about a 7-10 minute drive.
Perfect for large groups or family reunions, as well as wedding
receptions. There is a total of 7 bdrs, 5 baths.
The Bedroom Arrangements:
Master room has a king(top floor)Guest room on top floor has a
Queen / a large bath with a huge shower as well as a spa tub and
steam sauna. Every room has Ocean Views.
The main floor:One room had two queens.The other room has a queen
The Bottom floor:one queen in the back room one queen in front room

The owner has some extra Twin size bed for smaller children as well
as a crib. In all to sleep 14 people in beds and one or two on the
couch. All levels have decks with Ocean Views. The top floor deck is
very large and is perfect for sunbathing. Gorgeous bamboo flooring
throughout.

And the detached unit has a kitchen, bathroom with a shower, along
with gymnastic mats and a fun room. There are two more bedrooms on
the Main floor each room has a queen bed.

I do know a fabulous Wedding Planner in the orange county area who is known for doing over the top dream weddings, that are affordable, trendy and up to date on the latest fashion trends.
