charm and atmosphere of this highly popular neighborhood while benefiting from a quiet and
comfortable home. You will find at a walking distance, shops, boutiques, restaurants and
bakeries that make The Plateau a great place to live. Located just nearby, you can relax in the
beautiful Lafontaine Park, one of the greates green space in Montreal. Renovated and
decorated with taste, warm and sunny, you will feel being at home. Located on two floors,
our house can accommodate a large family, 2 small families or business colleagues, while
preserving the intimacy of everyone. Highly functional, our house will allow you to discover
the life of Montrealers in a unique space for families or friends who are looking to an
alternativeto impersonal and expensive hotels. Available since Spring '07, all our guests have
expressed a high degree of satisfaction and the desire to be back in Montreal.

Our 2,000 sq.ft. house has 2 levels. It offers 3 beautiful bedrooms with queensize beds and
2 additional bedrooms with single beds. A large anh highly functional kitchen will provide
everything needed to prepare meals. The charming dining room can easily accommodate up
to 8 people. A sunny and comfortable living room to relax and watch TV. Two newly
renovated bathrooms. A large terrace at the back. Outside parking lot. Washing machine and
dryer, dishing machine, TV cable, DVD player, Internet access (modem cable- high speed).
No pets allowed. Non-smoking.

Our house is located at the heart of the highly reknowned Plateau Mont-Royal, a
neighbourhood with a great atmosphere. Discover the small boutiques, shops, bistros, bars
and restaurants. Located at a walking distance from the metro, you can reach down-town
Montreal (business center) in 10 minutes.

Activities: roller skating, ice skating, swimming pool (municiaplity park), tennis, jogging,
cinema, theatres, etc.

From October 15 2008 to December 14 2008 and from January 15 2009 to May 14 2009 : $1,250 per week. The
first floor with one bedroom (for 2) can also be rent.

From Dec 15 to January 14: $1,500 per week.

and from May 15 2009 to October 14 2009: $1,475 per week.

Cleaning charges: $100 in extra
