Vacation Rental Description

This is a FIVE STAR residence. This home is not your average rental. 
Resort amenities at a home! You can enjoy luxury linens, top of the 
line appliances and beautiful furnishings. Wake up to the sound of 
crashing waves and lay in bed watching the boats go by. Have a drink 
on the deck watching your white water view. If you time it right, 
you may see dolphins or a whale.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two master bedrooms, both have Jacuzzi tubs. Park approximately 
seven houses down. Built in BBQ. Sit down Ocean Views from both 
floors. Once a week housekeeping (available more at renters 
expense).  Gate guarded private ocean front community. Extensive use 
of slab granite, marble, limestone and bamboo floring. Gourmet 
kitchen with subzero, miele, gaggenau and bosch. Three flat screen 
T.V. Internet Wet bar and fireplace in master bedroom.
 Featured on an International T. V. Show.

Activities and Attractions

Private Beach!!!Path to private beach across the street. Front Row 
Access! Walk to childrens playground and park with sports courts on 
same street. 
Centrally located, a few miles to Ritz Carlton, Montage and St. 
Regis. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are $7000 to $8000 a week
Christmas and Summer: Two week min.
$8000 deposit
$300 cleaning fee
Available for extended stays by request.
