Lake Michigan Home with private beach access in South Haven

Located 5 miles south of South Haven, Michigan this newly constructed (completed May 2007) 3
bedroom, 2 bath arts & crafts inspired beach house is nestled in a very private setting in Linden
Hills, a 100 year old resort of 50 charming lake homes on the shore of Lake Michigan. This home is
custom built with every amenity including fully equipped gourmet kitchen, complete range of
stainless steel appliances: gourmet stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer
with beautiful granite countertops and counter seating. First floor great room has wood burning
fireplace, dining table that seats 8, and a two story wall of windows facing the whitecaps of Lake
Michigan. Deck off kitchen has picnic table and charcoal grill. Master BR has master bath with
tiled Jacuzzi tub & shower. Second floor has two bedrooms and bath with shower and a loft area with
television & DVD player. House is both heated and air conditioned. Resort has its own 1200-yard private
beach, tennis courts and walking paths--great for all outdoor activities.

Our beach house is located in the southwestern harbor town area of Michigan. We are surrounded by
fruit orchards and wineries. Lots of local events are happening in South Haven and Saugatuck,
Michigan. Lots of local restaurants, antique stores and art galleries are open for your exploration.
Several public golf courses are also available.

January 1st-May 23 and September 16-October 15 $1,195 per week
May 24-September 15 $1,695 per week

Rentals are Saturday 2 PM until Saturday 11:30 AM (so we can clean for the next guest)
50% of weekly rental rate due at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. In addition,
$500 damage deposit is due at that time and will be refunded within 30 days of end
of rental period provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning charges, unreturned keys, or other
policy violations. There will also be a $100 cleaning fee due 30 days prior to arrival.
