sofa/loveseat to accommodate an extra guest or family member.

seas. The kitchen, complete with full appliances and cookware, is decorated in
natural tones and a seashell theme that are a constant reminder of
the sand and seashells that await you outside...providing the perfect

pristine white beaches provide a wonderful setting for year-round
vacation fun and relaxation. This beach community (also known as as a
boater's paradadise) is casual and friendly, offering a sunny welcome
to all who visit! This is a beautiful paradise where you are
guaranteed to spend an unforgettable vacation. Just a few nearby
activities to keep you busy include:

Rates include all utilities including internet. Nightly rate may be subject to a 3-night minimum. Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice. All rates are in US Funds and are payable in US funds only. All rates subject to $75 departure cleaning fee (waived for stays of multiple months) and 12% tax.

DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT:
The reservation deposit is applied against the total due.
-Less than one week: $150: balance due 30 days prior
-One week and longer (up to one month): $300: balance due 60 days prior
-Longer than one month: $500: balance due 90 days prior

Security/damage deposit required $150 for all stays. This will be
refunded within 1 week of departure, providing there is no damage,
pets, smoking, theft or excessive cleaning required.

Deposits are in US Funds and are payable in US funds only via cash,
cashier's check, money order, traveler's checks (US funds only) or
VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover via PayPal.
The reservation deposit is applied against the total due.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival forfeit all monies
paid. Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to arrival will
result in a refund of the deposit less $50. Reservations not paid in
full prior to final payment due date will be cancelled. No refunds
given for early
departures.

CHANGES:
There is a $50 charge for modification of a confirmed reservation.

OCCUPANCY:
The cottage may only be occupied by no more than the maximum number
of persons indicated above. Student groups are not permitted.
Students unaccompanied by a parent are not permitted. NO PETS OR
SMOKING ALLOWED. Any bookings made under false pretense will forfeit
all monies paid, and will have their reservation cancelled.
