master bath is located between two bedrooms and offers private access from either of the bedrooms

conviently located bedroom adjacent to the bathroom, the living room that has a great gas log
fireplace.

DIRECTIONS: Interstate 90 (New York State Thruway) to Exit 27--Amsterdam, Turn right off the ramp heading North on Rte 30 for 8 miles At intersection of Rte. 30 & 29, turn right heading east 1 mile (first trafic light) take left on Second Ave.(STEWARTS convenience store/gas station), proceed to the four corner intersection and turn right onto Main St., follow Main St. which forces you to bear right on North St.(you are now in front of Saint Joseph's Catholic Church) go 7 tenths of a mile and turn left at "Y" intersection onto Lakeview Road (see large blue and orange sign SPRINGERS Towing & Garage). After turning onto Lakeview Rd. go another 7-8  tenths of a mile and turn left on to SUNNY BAY Rd, were the last cottage on the left. YOU HAVE ARRIVED , "WELCOME" !!!!!!!!!!!!!

FULL WEEKS "ONLY" ENTIRE HOUSE JUNE 19th thru SEPT 11,                    RENTALS are always "SATURDAY TO SATURDAY" (no exceptions)
