The beach is just 150' from the home. 
The only thing you need to bring are the groceries and your clothes - all the cooking utensils, the  
outdoor grill, lawn furniture are provided. 
 
The home embraces an open air concept providing great views of the lake & Adirondack mountain range. 
 
The 2nd floor has a private lakeside balcony you enter from the master suite or great room. The  
master bath is located between two bedrooms and offers private access from either of the bedrooms

The 1st floor has a fantastic custom gormet kitchen,a formal dinning room, large laundry room and  
conviently located bedroom adjacent to the bathroom, the living room that has a great gas log  
fireplace.

*From November 15,2008 thru May 30,2009 the "in-law" apartment on the 2nd floor with  will be  
occupied by the owner(2)two people (it has a private entry) unless you would like to rent the entire  
home. (We'll vacate the apt.) 
 
     NOVEMBER 15 thru MAY 30 --is OFF-SEASON. PAYMENT is due in FULL at time of Booking

Sept 6 thru May 30         1 BR/1  BA ( 1 king  )... $1000/week,  1st FLOOR ONLY.  
Sept 6 thru May 30         3 BR/2  BA ( 2 king - 1 queen )... $1500/week,  1st, 2nd & 3rd fl. 
For Holiday Rate in off-season -- (pro-rated based on peek-season weekly rate) 
OFF-SEASON ONLY   MINIMUM STAY 3 nights at $350 per night --- 1BD/1BA 
OFF-SEASON ONLY   MINIMUM STAY 3 nights at $500 night--3BD/2BA 
OFF-SEASON ONLY   ENTIRE HOME  7 nights at $2500 week--4BD/3BA 
OFF-SEASON ONLY   Maximum number of guests--- twice the number of bedrooms rented

PEEK-SEASON Payment Schedule : $1500. to confirm booking,     
                               $ 750. due with lease, within(2)two weeks of booking date. 
                               $1000. May 1st, Balance due 30 days prior to occupancy.  
 
Security Deposit: $2500. (seperate check)30 days prior to occupancy. 
 
The security deposit will not be deposited ,providing there is no damage or                          
anything missing. 
 
 
FALL SPECIAL:   $1500. week except HOLIDAYS (3BD/2BA) payment due in full at time of booking. 
 
Maximum number of overnight occupants, (10)ten, during Peek-Season, 
 
Smoking Prohibited indoors and on outdoor decks/balcony and no pets.
