If you dream of a secluded, peaceful, beachfront home (not a hotel,
condo or duplex) on a tropical island on the Caribbean sea, Casa Hol
Chan is the place. CHC is a private 2 story home set on 10 foot
columns with fabulous views of the Caribbean & Caye Caulker. CHC is
3.5 miles south of San Pedro Town(a quaint beach town with golf carts
rather than cars & sand streets). CHC is an easy golf cart ride from
San Pedro. The home is bright, decorated in island decor & filled
with paintings & art work from local artists. Mahogany woodwork is
throughout the home. There is a veranda off the master bedroom &
livingroom. The baths have custom tile of reef & tropical fish and
blue glass block. The two bedrooms have mattress & box springs (which
is not always the case on the island) with high quality linens, the
master bedroom has a queen bed & the second has twins.

Walk out the front door to the beach & go snorkling. Don't forget
snorkle & fishing gear! CHC is one of the few beachfront private
homes available for vacation rental.
CHC is adjacent to Hol Chan Marine Reserve which is famous for
diving. Tour boats will pick you up at the pier at Casa Hol Chan.

Arrangements for taxi pick-up from/to air port can be arranged for a
fee. Golf cart rental can be arranged prior to arrival. Manager
will meet you at the airport. Manager does not live on property (just
a phone call away). You have complete privacy!! Lie back in the
hammock & just relax...

CHC is a private beachfront home with reasonable rates, not a budget property.

Reservations held with 50% down, but no security deposit required
