has all the modern conveniences for your personal enjoyment. 
Comfortably sleeps 4-6. This condo is directly across from the 
community pool and within walking distance to the beach. Unlimited 
phone calls to the US and Canada. This is a wireless community so 
you have all the access you want to the internet. Feel free to catch 
a lovely sunset outside on the front porch patio while reclining on 
the patio chairs. This condo has a very open floor plan. Enjoy the 
cable TV/DVD in the comforts of the living room while sitting on the 
pull out queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, or swivel rocker. This 
condo has a fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, range, 
microwave, dishwasher, disposal, toaster oven, blender, coffee 
maker, cookware, cooking utensils, dishes, breakfast bar and 2 bar 
stools. The master bedroom features a king size bed, cable TV/DVD, 
CD clock radio, walk-in-designer-closet, phone, luggage rack, and 
remote controlled ceiling fan with dimmer light. The 2nd bedroom is 
furnished with twin beds, TV/DVD, phone, CD clock radio, and remote 
controlled ceiling fan with dimmer light. This condo is also 
equipped with iron, ironing board, cordless vacuum, quality 
sheets/linens, bath, & beach towels and a queen size blow up 
mattress. Cermaic tile flooring throughout. Two community laundry 
rooms. No pets and non-smoking unit. Close to shopping and great 
restaurants.

Activities and Attractions

New Smyrna Beach is northeast of Orlando between Daytona Beach and 
Titusville near the Atlantic seacoast. New Smyrna Beach has a 20 
mile long beach more than half of which is in the Canaveral National 
Seashore. It's also the closest beach to all the Central Florida 
Attractions. It's the only town in the state of Florida to share a 
barrier island with a National Seashore and to have an unbridged 
inlet to both the north and south. The warm tropical climate allows 
for year round swimming, sunbathing, surfing, wind surfing, 
beachcombing, shelling, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, boat charters, 
sailing, snorkeling, diving, parasailing, golf, antiquing, shopping, 
museums, live theatre, health/beauty spa, shuffleboard, sight 
seeing, cinemas/movie theaters, water taxi, Daytona Speedway & 
Daytona International Airport near by. Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, you 
can climb 203 steps to the top of the lighthouse which is 175 feet 
tall. The view is worth the climb. There are many stores and 
excellent restaurants nearby.
