This home has an unparalleled panoramic view of the coast from
Neahkahnie Mountain in the north to Cape Mears in the south. It is
very light and airy with two decks and a spectacular view from each
room in the house. It is a short drive to the beach.

The top floor has a spacious master bedroom with a king bed, TV/VCR,

The living room has cable TV with DVD/VCR, CD player. The kitchen is
fully equipped and the dining room table seats eight. Other amenities
include washer and dryer and BBQ.
The lower floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with five
childrens bunks and a bathroom.

Activities and Attractions
Rockaway Beach has seven miles of uncrowded, sandy beach. There are
many excellent restaurants within a 15-minute drive; grocery stores,
video rental, coffee shops, art and antique shops are minutes away by
in Rockaway, Wheeler, Nehalem and Manzanita.
Fishing, crabbing, and clamming are excellent in the nearby rivers,
bays and the ocean. Charters and boat rentals can be arranged
locally. Trout fishing is a short walk down the street at Nedonna
pond. Kayaking in Nehalem Bay is popular and kayak rentals are
available in the nearby town of Nehalem.
This house is very open, light and clean. Perfect for a relaxing
beach vacation.
Vacation Rental Rates
Summer .. June - Mid September ........ $1040/week plus cleaning fee.
Winter .. September - May ..$145 - $180/night plus cleaning fee.
Call or email me for daily, winter and holiday rates.
Daily rates based on number of guests and length of stay.
Holidays require three night minimum.
Maximum occupancy is 9 including infants and children.
Dogs may be allowed with prior approval and additional pet fee.
You must be 25 years of age to rent this house.
