PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Two-story house with breathtaking views of San Francisco downtown, Eastbay and Bay bridge. This property features 3 comfortable bedrooms with furniture, closet space and 2 bathrooms. It was completely rebuilt in 2005 and therefore has an open and modern feel. As you enter, the high quality of the remodel is apparent - from the tile designs in the bathroom to the beautiful hardwood floors throughout.

Off the foyer on the first floor is a large master suite with its own beautiful full bath with whirlpool and large dressing area/walk-in closet. Even from the quiet sanctuary of this master suite, the downtown and Bay views will astound you.

After ascending the dramatic staircase, you enter a large open room consisting of the living room, dining room and kitchen. As your eyes are directed out the five large double-paned wood windows, you are struck by the view immediately - the downtown San Francisco skyline and the Bay unfold right before you! Do not miss the Light shows on the Bay bridge every night!

Walking down the hallway, you will notice a large elegantly tiled bathroom and two additional bedrooms, with customized closet upgrades. The bathroom is shared here but separate from these two bedrooms. One bedroom exits onto a large deck with direct rear garden access and the hallway provides direct access to the recently added large concrete patio. This patio area features pleasant lighting, electrical outlets, lemon tree and room to BBQ. There is also a terraced rear yard and a large upper view deck above the house with 4 chairs and a table and two lounge chairs.

The house is quiet, clean and sunny with everything you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in San Francisco.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION

NEIGHBORHOOD: TWIN PEAKS. The apartment is located at the border of Twin Peaks and Upper Market/Castro neighborhoods. Located few minutes away from the busy crossing streets on Market Street, Castro Street and 18th Street the apartment seats on a residential and quiet area. Lots of hills surround the neighborhood which makes you find spectacular views of the city as you go.

Twin Peaks is the most popular lookout point in San Francisco, and certainly a spectacular one.

Two bus stops are within half a block of the property or you can walk down to Market Street and Castro Street where the subway station and main tram lines are. Remember, on your way back home is hilly though!

PARKING SITUATION

Free street parking, it is not metered and unlimited hourly parking. Just remember to pay attention to the street cleaning day sign. Parking on Market st in front of the house should be easy on both sides of the Market st. Make sure to turn your wheels correctly downhill.

Union Square is 3.2 miles away from the property: By car or taxi: 19 min. By public transportation: 25 min. Take Bus #37 on Corbett Ave and Clayton Street towards the Haight Ashbury district. Stop at Market St & Castro St. Then take M Light rail towards Downtown at Metro Castro Station/Downtown and stop at stop at Powell St.

The Moscone Center is 3.6 miles away from the property: By car or taxi: 16min. By public transportation: 25 min. Take Bus #33 on Clayton St & Corbett Ave stop towards General Hospital and stop at 16th St & Mission St, then take Bart Metro rail towards Dublin/Pleasanton and stop at Powell Street then walk to Moscone Center.

The Fisherman’s Warf is 6.5 miles away from the property: By car or taxi: 22min. By public transportation: 53 min. Take Bus #37 on Corbett Ave and Clayton Street towards the Haight Ashbury district. Stop at Market St & Castro St. Then take F Light rail towards Fisherman's Wharf via Downtown at Market St & Noe St and stop at Fisherman’ss Wharf.

The SFO Airport is 16.5 miles away from the property: By car or taxi: 23 min. You can also book a shuttle service. By public transportation: 1 hour 13 min. Take BART at the airport direction East Bay, and stop at 16th St and Mission Station. Then walk to Mission St and 16th St bust stop and take Bus #33,stop at Clayton St and Corbett Ave.
