Our gorgeous 4800 sf Mansion,  is beautifully
furnished in Tommy Bahama style, with 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and with
amenities found in 5-star hotels. It has 2 balconies with views of
canyon and 8th green of golf course. 3 fireplaces located in the
living room, family room and master retreat. Master bath has jacuzzi
tub and seperate double head shower. It has a very spacious gourmet
kitchen for cooking family dinners with top of the line stainless
steel kithcen aid appliances including 6 burner stove, 2 dish
washers, winecooler and large dining area with an outside courtyard.
The family room is great for relaxing in front of the 60" TV.
Similar houses rent for much more! We love to travel the world too
so we price our home low so we don't have to spend any more time
than necessary renting it out rather than travelling.
San Clemente is a quaint beach town with fantastic uncrowded
beaches, a pier, great restaurants (casual & fine dining), bars,
antiques shops, boutiques, and a farmers market! San Clemente is
very close to San Juan Capistrano with it's world-famous Mission. It
is convenient to fly into LA, San Diego airports (1 hour away) or
John Wayne Airport only 35 minutes away.

accessible by train. We are less than three miles from the San
Clemente station, and 8 miles from the San Juan Capistrano

Coaster (San Diego).

departure less $250 Cleaning fee + CA tax.
Rent due 60 days before arrival.
We book Saturday - Saturday. Holidays Higher. Pet by agreement only. $20/night.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds within 60 days of arrival unless rerented.
