& 1/2 bath downstairs as well; 3 more bedrooms upstairs available for large family vaction. 
Just bring yourselves and some clothing, all the rest are ready for you in the house, it's the home 
away from home.

Vacation Rental Rates

Special rate year round for party of two, please e-mail or call Nick & Wendy
June-Sept...$1350 per month(not including utility), $750 per week (up to 8 persons, utility inc.)
Oct-May.....$2100 per month, $950 per week, rates included utilities, trash, cable/ESPN etc... Please 
call or e-mail for long term discount rates.
Deposit $500(refundable) needed for holding the booking,  50% rent fee due 60 days prior to occupancy 
(a signed agreement will be sent), the balance of 50% rent & cleaning fee $100(non-refundable) due 30 
days prior to arrival. 
Refund policy basic on new booking found, no refund if cancellation within 21 days of arrival.
-last minute booking ok with all rent money directly deposit to the bank account.
